These terms govern your use of the Azuro Yachting website and any charter, brokerage, or yacht management services requested through our team.
Service Scope
Azuro Yachting provides charter planning, yacht brokerage, and management support. Listings and availability are subject to change and may be updated without prior notice.
Booking and Payment
Charter and brokerage arrangements are confirmed only after written agreement and required deposits. Payment schedules, taxes, APA, and additional fees are defined in each booking contract.
Cancellations and Changes
Cancellation terms depend on the signed charter or purchase agreement. Date changes and itinerary adjustments are handled on a best-effort basis and may incur additional costs.
Liability
While we work with vetted partners, Azuro Yachting is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from weather events, third-party operator actions, port restrictions, or force majeure events beyond our control.
